The space -saver furniture

Speaking of the new house, it’s not that big. So I know we’ll be forced to let go of some of our furniture and invest on space-saving ones. I’m thinking of selling away our dining room furniture and look for something like this:

This is really what we’ll need to save some space. I hope I can find a four-seater one with this type.
