Getting Rid of Stretch Marks

Stretch marks are the common problems of women who already gave birth and I am not spared. Giving birth to two kids gave me my fare share of these annoying stretch marks. During my first pregnancy they are not that visible and I thought I can manage to get rid of them but before it happen I got pregnant with my second child. Now, getting rid of stretch marks is more challenging for me.

They say that stretch marks are not harmful, not unless you are a person who thought stretch marks as ugly lines in your skin. Some doesn’t even bother to have them treated because honestly, it’s a skin condition that doesn’t need to undergo medical treatments because it heals on its own, and I hope it so. They say that stretch marks fade over time but of course with the help of moisturizing creams, lotions or body oils to help the skin moisturized and supple all the time. The problem with my first pregnancy is that I didn’t care about stretch marks because I was pre occupied with preparing for the baby’s birth. I regretted it. So, when I was pregnant with my second I used a brand of body butter to help me minimized the appearance of stretch marks and it did wonders. Somehow, I only had a few additions to the old marks in my belly. Now I use a brand of sunflower oil to help me minimized the rest of the marks. The brand claims that it can be use to stretch marks. I am also reading a post on trilastin reviews and will see if this product will also help me. Trilastin claims that it’s the most effective and successful stretch mark removal cream in the market. Hopefully, with a religious application of these products, my stretch marks will be forever gone.

Fresher Eyes

When I was preparing for my son’s first birthday party last February, my friends would always ask me if I didn’t sleep well because they are noticing my eye bags getting bigger and darker. During those times, I really don’t get enough sleep because I was doing a lot of preparations and the excitement keeps me from sleeping early during the night. I was also getting worried about my eye bags so after the event I’ve searched for the best way on how to get rid of dark circles under my eyes. I found a supplement that promised to remove the dark circles and eye bags but it’s quite pricey so for the moment I’m doing the natural way. Putting fresh cucumber every night on both my eyes helped. So now, the eye bags are smaller. Well, it only proves that nature is still one of the best solutions to any health and beauty problem.

Oh, Wrinkles

When you reach the age of 30, did you happen to asked this question: “do anti wrinkle creams work?

Well, I did. Being an advertising student in college, I know what marketing strategies are and how to entice people to buy a particular product so I become some kind of a critic when it comes to commercials and product endorsements. I have seen a lot of advertisement already for anti wrinkle creams and honestly, I know that some are just exaggerating to entice people. So if you’re planning to buy something don’t buy just because the TV ad says it’s effective. You have to study first if the claims are real. I know there are wrinkle creams that really work you just have to find one that is trusted by many and proven to be effective.

How To Stay Away From Wrinkles

I got this article from Beautytips.info

This is really helpful specially to those like me who's not getting any younger, admit it or not, LOL!

These are the most frequent causes of premature wrinkles appearance:

1. Gravity: that usually forms wrinkles in the both lateral sides of you nose, and they go down, to your mouth. For preventing these wrinkles to appear apply daily a hydrating cream and do some massage, backwards, from mouth area to the nose lateral sides.

2. Intrinsic oldness: it is usually caused by excessive drinking or smoking, but it can sometimes have genetic reasons.

3. Your sleeping way: the way you keep your face during night sleep is a key factor in getting (or not) wrinkles. The best way to prevent this is by sleeping with your face up, lying on your back.

4. Face expressions: unfortunately, your smile, your funny faces…can bring up some serious wrinkles on your face.

5. Polluting factors: sun, pollution, wind.

From all these factors we have to warn you that the most dangerous one is: the sun. If you feel like having sun baths all day long, you have to know some things before, maybe you will reconsider. Sun is the key factor for skin cancer, and premature skin oldness. You have to know that SPF cream for face is one of the most important factors that help you fight against wrinkles. Because your face has a more sensitive skin than the rest of your body, you need to offer it a precise treatment.

Hair Loss?

There’s a new hair loss treatment that’s being advertised in a Home TV shopping. I saw it one time and thought about my husband. Well, his not yet bald, he just experienced rapid thinning of his hair when he was working in the Middle East. He said it’s because of the water. When he came home last year, I saw what he meant and honestly, it became a priority to me—look for a product that will help solve his problem. But in the first few weeks of his stay, he noticed that the hair fall stopped. We didn’t buy any hair treatment yet that time. Now, he’s quite satisfied with his hair. A few strands grew without using any hair treatment. I guess it’s just really the water. I just don’t know what will happen if he comes back working in Riyadh, lol!
