Cheap Recording Studio Equipment
For musically inclined people, do you have the dream of setting up your own recording studio? Most musicians I know dream about that. One of them almost has it but then, some circumstances came up that make him parked his dream to the back seat for a while. Later he found out that there are cheap recording studio equipment at guitar center. Now he is again back to realizing his dream. One at a time, he is trying to build the studio that he’s been dreaming.

The Season To Give
Two days after the 25th of December and I'm thinking, Christmas is not yet over and so as gift giving. I know there are people like who were not able to complete their gift list...there's still time. I have some special people who will receive their gifts on new years eve..I know, it's late but at least I will be able to give them something. Someone is going to be definitely hay with his alesis sr18, something a musician that she is! Tis the season to be jolly and merry..giving is in.
It's Still Christmas
Were here in the Baguio, the summer capital of the Philippines and the cold weather adds to the feeling that Christnas isn't over yet. There are children laughing ehile playing in park, people still busy shopping for gifts to be given on New Year's eve and of courde carolers on the street. Ine if the group if carolers even play good instrument. It looks like a used alto saxophone at wwbw but it produces warm sound. Its still Christnas and I love it!

Great People
Today the weather is quite fine. Although metro manila was not hit by the super typhoon Yolanda, we still experienced rain showers and strong winds… But just what CNN commented about the Filipinos, we will just brush off the dirt on our clothes and move on as if everything that happened was just a dream. Life will go on and everything will be back to normal and thinking on mundane things like what you can save on abelton live will resume..things like this and more.

My Kid's First Guitar Should Be..
My daughter is requesting me to buy her a guitar of her own (and I thought she loves piano, haha!). Anyway, I’m really planning to give her what she want since she is studying well and so far giving me good grades. She’s even one of the top in her class so I think she deserves one. But choosing the kind of guitar that’s best for her is not my forte. I don’t know what to buy. All I know is that I think, she needs a beginner’s guiar. But when I know that she grows older she will be asking for a more professional one. Like that of an excellent marshall jvm410h at guitar center. I ‘m just glad that my kids loves music like me and I hope this will be forever in them.
Week-ends Spent with Them is the Best
This is what weekends is all about..spending it with my precious kids.
Last sunday, despite the heavy rain, we went to SM Mega Mall to have my APE taken at Clinica Manila. Since we went there early in the morning, my kids and I had a lot of time spent in the mall. We had fun. We ate lunch, enjoyed the kiddierides at WOF and just hang out. We also bought their favorite j.co donuts and Chef Tony's white chocolate - parmesan popcorn.
When we got home, we enjoyed watching TV while eating what we took out from our day adventure. Its one of the best weekends.

Missing Music
I love to see myself working in a studio desk again. I was able to experience that when I was working in our church’s music CD. We had an opportunity to collaborate with a great team of musicians and a studio owner allowed us to use his equipments for free. I miss it now. I miss singing and I miss working on music. How I wish I can still do that now..

Book Lover
My brother loves books and he had a number of collections of his favorite writers. Once he heard of someone selling books that are pre-loved online he wouldn’t waste the opportunity because that’s only the time when he’s able to buy his favorite books without ripping his pocket. E-books are good specially if you are an on-the-go person but for him, he still wants tangible books since he loves the smell of every pages.

Neigborhood Carpenter
It’s the rainy season once again so for most of the new house owners in our village it’s time to have a front yard cover. Our neighbor is already doing that. Having their front yard cover constructed they already have the roof and now the walls and gate are being constructed. I salute the old carpenter that our neighbor hired to do the job. He’s fast and works with quality. At first look you wouldn’t think that he can do the job and that he has complete tools down to c clamps but he does. You will be able to get that you’ve paid for with his work. Hope before June ends we will be able to construct our front yard as well and I’ll surely get manong as my carpenter.
From Grand to Simple Plans
Two years ago I was dreaming of a big birthday party for my little girl. A grand celebration complete with a band of musician. I went even over my dream and ask a friend who operates a sound system rental business that I will rent out his units. Just a month ago he told me that he has the new blackheart amp that he’s going to use for his events. But now that budget is getting tighter, the grand celebration has taken a back seat and so we’re now planning for a small art and chocolate fountain party which I hope I will be able to pull off in two weeks time.
Today...
....It's a hot and sunny day..(which makes me hope and wish that this would be the same weather on June 1)
...I woke up at 6am. Thank God for the opportunity to be with my kids one extra night and day since the pregnant helper left. It's hard not to have a replacement since I know I'll be forced to leave my work once again just to be a mom to mu kids..
...I'm wearing a denim shorts and my all-time favorite white tank top. This makes me feel comfortable on weather like this. I just don't know what to do with my newly rebonded hair since I cannot tie it.
..I feel frustrated after finding out the my printer isn't working last night. All my plans were ruined. Now I have to go to the supplier to have it fix.
...but above all these, I'm thankful..and hopeful that all is going to be well.
Old Timer Desktop
Working on my online task is taking a toll on me. Aside from my schedule and my fluctuating electricity, my desktop is not working properly. I think I’ve already did everything I can on how to make my computer faster but still didn’t work. I guess the only solution is to say good bye to my old friend desktop. I hope that my laptop arrives soon so I can finish my work on time.

Why Can't They Quit..
Cigarette is dangerous to our health. And even though some cigar brands claim that they contain less nicotine, they still have that chemical that is harmful to our bodies. But why do smokers still choose to smoke? Because they can’t help it. It’s like part of their system that is hard to get rid of. That’s what my friend told me. So even if there’s a lot of anti-smoking campaign, they ignore it. But she still hopes that someday she will be able to quit smoking.
What's Up With Us?
It's been a while since I updated this blog about my family and so there are a lot of things that happened already that has not been posted here. My bad..:(
Anyways, I hope that this would be the start of an update...what's happening?
My daughter is turning 7 this month and she is super excited with her small party. I'm currently preparing for it and guess what? I only had 3 weeks to do it.I hope I can pull it off.
My son is entering pre-school this school year. He's 3.4 and he's still a babe, so I was thinking if he will be able to managed the activities..hope he'll enjoy it. I'm a little bit scared since he's so different with his sister. My girl started going to pre-school at 3 years old and she enjoyed it. With my son, I guess it's a little bit different.
Well as for me, I'm thinking of quitting my job again but this is a major decision to make..We'll see what will happen next..

Fine Architectures
With the advent of technology and rocket sciences, house builders and construction industries are left with no choice but to make their products with the best quality and durability. The same is true with omegaflex inc., the maker of flexible metal hose and braid products. An omegaflex distributor should be aware about the demands of the clients and customers of the said products and should maintain distributing them in the best quality ever so that their business would continue to flourish and on the other side, the clients would be satisfied and happy about their investments as far fine houses and structures are concerned. Thus the concerned industries should not stop producing the best items and should not stay complacent if they want to keep up with this modern time and age.

Achy...:-(
Been feeling sick for a week now, I got muscle and joint pains because of stress. I hope that traumeel ointment could help me ease the pains even a bit. It’s hard when you feel achy and stressful and when even pain relievers couldn’t help, you’re at a loss on how to find cure. Sigh…hopefully the pain would be over and will be feeling floating like a feather soon.

Musically Inclined Family
Passion for music is there when we are born and if we see that our kids have that, parents should show support and encourage them to pursue that passion. Music is not only a hobby or something what we can do during our free time it can be a healing aid to some, and a source of income to many..how good would it be if we have kids who knows how to play piano, drums, guitar, clarinet and a person who can sing, we can have a family band! Hehe. Kidding aside, music should be pursued if we see them in our kids. And that’s what I’m doing with my little girl who started to love the black and white keys of a piano.
Family Day
A family event in my little girl's school. One of the times I love..going with her school activity even after work and without getting enough sleep yet..That's what moms are for right?

Music Passion
My kids are somehow inclined to musical instruments. My daughter is now learning piano basic in her school. She also likes to take violin class next year. My son loves drums. When he finds it, he would tap our table as if he was playing the set. He’s also fond of the strings..he loves playing his toy guitar. I’m thinking that we should enroll him a music class to develop this musical passion. And when he can already hold a real guitar, maybe we can purchase his own baby taylor guitar at guitar center
Printing Shops
Printing shop is one of the trending business nowadays especially those that offer low cost of prints. Market price ranges from 1 peso to 2 and even if there are a number of print shops already there are still spaces for new comers to join the bandwagon. It’s a tested profitable business but are you into it? Are you ready to run your own printing shops? To start off, of course you must have the knowledge on the work. Photoshop, computers, and printers are your best buddies in this kind of business. Clueless on what printer to purchase, there are a lot of websites for printers that you can check to get reviews and ideas on what will be best for your own shop. It’s a just a matter of enthusiasm and passion to get started.

All on Signs
Signs can be attractive or it can be hilarious. It can attract people or it can get people’s attention because of its weirdness. I saw a lot of signs that are funny t first but after some keen thinking, maybe it’s because people who made those signs lack knowledge on sign making, don’t have the adequate materials, or just simply don’t care as long as it can be called a sign. Signs are important because it’s going to be public. Signs are meant to be seen by people so it’s important that it’s readable, it’s correct and it’s informative. If you have a business that needs signage, it’s better to consult professionals. There are a lot of Signs shop in VA that can help you do this. So don’t take it for granted.
Complacency
This is some bits of our pastor's sermon two Sundays ago:
From Alex and Brett Harris’ Do Hard Things, quoting the daily periodical Bits & Pieces:

From Alex and Brett Harris’ Do Hard Things, quoting the daily periodical Bits & Pieces:
______________________________________________________________________________
Complacency is a blight that saps energy, dulls attitudes, and causes a drain on the brain. The first symptom is satisfaction with things as they are. The second is rejection of things as they might be: “Good enough” becomes today’s watchword and tomorrow’s standard.
Complacency makes people fear the unknown, mistrust the untried, and abhor the new. Like water, complacent people follow the easiest course — downhill. They draw false strength from looking back._______________________________________________________________________________
Truth is, it was an eye opener for me...

And it’s good to that one of our goal is to start the year healthy.
