Too much!!

My landlady is giving me a headache! I'm am so exasperated!

Last night, I saw this piece of paper on top of our display cabinet. Written there was the computation of our rental dues, based on my land lady's computation. Our monthly payment schedule is every 21st of the month. But before Jerry, left, we usually pay on the 24th or 25th. I asked her last month that since Jerry's remittance comes every end of the month, I requested if we can just pay it every end of the month instead, and she agreed. But then I saw this paper, and I really got sooooo irritated. Why? because the lady is charging me penalties for every single day of delay, computed as monthly dues divide by 30 days. And since our due date is the 21st, based on her computation, I'm 4 days delayed. What's with her???!!?? How illegal is that? Halleerrr!!! Where on earth did she picked up that idea? to charge penalties for every single day of delayed payment? On top of that she's also charging me 1,000 for the replacement of the door in our room. Another unfair charges! my logic is, if I left this apartment ba, can I also bring with us that door?? Hello!?? That's part of their fixed asset, right? She's really tooooo much of a hoaxer.
