Is it true that coffee is a good fat burner? One of my friend said that it is so she always drinks coffee every after meal. As for me, I am not convinced. I know that coffee contains caffeine, an ingredient that most fat burners have but I don’t think it can be a fat burner…well, I’m not an expert. Maybe someone can prove this. All I know is that coffee at star bucks are great, lol!
