There is a popular saying that says, “Health is wealth.” Because we are now living in a world where stress and pressures are encountered every day, we really need to keep our body in the best of shape. Stressful factors that we face include the increasing pollution in the air, the unpredictable climates and several unhealthy foods in the market. Nevertheless, we can make and maintain our body strong and healthy by being mentally and spiritually healthy. Of course, we need to have regular exercise, enough rest, avoid unhealthy foods, and take natural vitamin as supplement to our daily nutritional needs. With all of these in practice, we will be able to fight against daily stress and pressures and thereby keep our equilibrium.
