My friend who’s religiously following his gym program reported that he has lost 20 kilos after 4 months of training. He was able to reach his ideal weight so he’s very happy. He only needs to get rid of his flab, which is also my problem, hehe. I have lost my pregnancy fats already (though I didn’t buy apidexin) I just need to flatten my tummy a little bit. And since I am not yet ready to do thorough exercises, he taught me some tricks that will hopefully help me rid of the flab. Hopefully I’ll see the result after two months or so. Good luck to me
