Post Valentine Gift

The love day is just fast approaching and with all the promos for lovers and couples out there, I believe people are now busy looking for the best gifts and the best ways to spend the day. But as for me, I don’t get overjoyed about it let alone be so excited for the day to come since I don’t have someone to celebrate it with. But I’m thinking of buying hubby a gift. Something like a Baraka chain which I thought will look perfect on him. And since he’s returning home on April, I know I can still save for it. I believe the day is not really important so even if it’s a post valentine gift, I know he will be happy with it.

If Only I Can Have 48 Hours A Day

So much things are happening right now and even as I tinker on my cherry keyboard writing this, my mind is everywhere. I have so many tasks to do; working on special project for my church, searching for ideas for the teacher’s day celebration for my daughter’s school, gathering ideas as well for our small group, and thinking of other things aside from these…haaaaaayyy..I wish I’ll still have more time like what I used to have before when I was not working and having this work schedule. ~_~

Now's The Time

Time flies too fast. We may not want it but reality is Christmas and the holidays are over (awww…). But the good part is there are still ongoing sales to check (yey!)…and maybe you can use the gift certificates you’ve collected from relatives and friends. Still got those l.l. bean coupons? New Things

I have just recently bought my belle de Jour planner and I love it. It’s very interactive unlike other planners out there. There’s one page of this planner that is allotted for things that you want to do for the year. And I I was thinking of filling this out with all the things I can think of doing. Like purchasing mountain hardwear stuff for a great outdoor adventure, traveling to places I have not been..etc. I’m hoping to see at the end of the year all the new experiences and fun things that I did for the year. We’re approaching the new year and I’m excited to used my planner.

iPad for The Little One?

Kids are really different now. They would prefer receiving gifts like iPad and ipad accessories rather than simple toys, haha! Well, maybe because unlike laptop toys, iPad is more engaging and interactive. Maybe that’s the reason why children as young as five years old ask for it. And some parents are okay about giving this to their kids. I personally won’t deprive my kids with this gadget if it’s going to be helpful to them. We just need t properly guide them in using this expensive “toys”.
