First Birthday

Well, life must go on. And some things are still worth celebrating!

We celebrate Jaden’s first birthday last Saturday. It was just a simple event but it was fun. I wasn’t able to give her a huge party since we don't have a lot to spend and also, we only have few visitors from close friends and relatives. And since Jerry’s leaving my mind was preoccupied with his departure...so no creative ideas came out. You won't even believe that the give-aways was ordered just the night before the event. 11:30 pm to be exact, when I was exchanging text messages to the supplier. That was really rushed and a blessing indeed!

We held her party at McDonald’s Party House in Marikina. The party time was really short that's why some of the guests who arrived late have to take out their food.It was a bit embarrasing but all in all, the party was enjoying and really memorable. The hosts were able to maintain the excitement of the kids. Thanks to all our friends, family and relatives who came and joined her. I’m sure that my baby really had fun even if her dad was not there.
