alam mo mhay, kung uuwi sana si jerry mas maganda kung apply sya sa pop, tapos bayaran nyo ung two years contribution (ung maximum contribution ang bayaran nyo). mas mabilis kasi processing sa pop eh. ung sa pagibig sa atrium validation lang ng contri 10 days yata as compared dun sa gil puyat minutes lang.
pero dyusme, nung kinompute ko ung binabayad namin ang interes, double. 1.3M approved namin payable in 15 years. kung tatapusin namin ung 15 years ung 1.3M, 3M na. ang laki ng tubo nila grabe! kaya sabi ko kay joseph dapat targetin namin in five years bayad na tong bahay namin dtio sa marikina. lugi eh.
